an applicant;

effort to provide factoring services for a client;

contact with account debtors in the course of providing accounts
receivable administration for a client;

in providing ongoing services to a client;

the ongoing financial status of a client;

with applicants, clients, or former clients on an ongoing basis

that you provide to us on the Client Profile will be sent to Factoring-Company.us.
After our authorized agents receive your information, they may contact
